some times we just don't feel good. we feel stressed and uneasy. You are not the only one to feel this. we just don't get the vibes we are looking for, and that totally sucks. 

Many a times we feel  like escaping from life. well! that's not a solution.
  
Here are a few tips by me which will help you in embracing yourself and restart with your life. some simple methods are just enchanting and will help you in organizing yourself and loving your soul.
  • FORGIVE

          forgiving yourself is the best way to start again. sometimes we just don't feel good because we have so many regrets. so just keep in mind that what happened can't be changed but you can write what will happen. so don't waste your present time regretting about things. 

 get over your past and refill the fuel and get started.

  • MEDITATE
         sometimes we just feel irritated and think that everything sucks. we just can't keep our mind stable and the frequency of our brain just fluctuates. so give yourself a relaxing time and focus on good things and meditate.

  • SELF-TALK
          self talking has so much power. whenever you feel confused and feel like giving up. just talk to your self, just like you will talk to someone you love the most. Ask yourself what is right and what to do next. your brain and your heart will definitely respond. you will find a way to figure out. Talk out your regrets in life and you will feel better.


  • INTERACT WITH NATURE

These are the feel good hormones and help us in feeling positive. lack of these hormones make us dull, less effective and surround us with negativity. 
so just go out in sun, take nature walks and watch the sunrise and sunset.





  • READ AND WRITE
         Read some good books about self love, productivity and self help.
Do express your feelings. write down your views, your ideas or your feelings. It will give you satisfaction. you can also maintain a journal or write a diary.

  • UNPLUG FROM TECHNOLOGY
           It is my personal experience that unplugging from social media for a while and staying away from your phone gives you so much peace and relaxation. just spending "me time" gives you contentment. you can stay away from gadgets for a day and spend the day with friends or family.


  • POSITIVE VIBES
        Surround yourself with positive people and unfollow negative people on social media. 
TAKE DEEP BREATHS FOR 5 TIMES and SMILE. you will feel positive energy inside you.
LISTEN TO GOOD MUSIC.


  • GET READY
        staying hydrated and cleaning yourself really helps. Take a shower and get ready. do some makeup or skincare remedies.
Get adequate sleep.
Unless you are the Khaleesi, and your skin is impervious to all damage -even that caused by fire- you need to act now, before the winter arrives and your skin gets so damaged that you look like one of her dragons. #diy #beauty #skincare
  • COOK
       Make your favorite dish or make yourself  a cup of coffee.

  • DON'T OVERTHINK
      overthinking is the root cause of most of the problems. don't overthink about people or your problems. you just overthink and have thoughts about your thoughts.DON'T EXPECT FROM ANYONE.
Expecting from people just makes you feel sad cause expectations just hurt.
SO GO ON. its your life.If you want something go get. if you want to be feel loved then just love yourself. you are enough to meet your requirements. 
 DON'T OVERTHINK, JUST LET IT GO.

 
JUST REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE ENOUGH AND CAN DO ANYTHING.
