An anxiety disorder is a serious mental health disorder.  I get many anxiety attacks and I struggle dealing with anxiety. This has changed my life so much. I came across many people who are or were insecure about their bodies, their weight, height, physical apperance, and many other things. “LIFE SUCKS!” I don’t know about you but I say the above mentioned words a hundred times a day. Well! Life do sucks and sometimes we feel stuck and we feel like giving up everything. Ha! I was sitting on my desk and was just procrastinating instead of studying. I used to procrastinate a lot and whenever I thought about studying or being productive I used to sit around and think about that and doing nothing but just day dreaming about that task.
