Prioritising Mental Health

Prioritising mental health is an important thing and many times we just ignore it and just don't care for ourselves and our mental health much.

Many teens just don't give much importance to it and these days during cover-19 we all are more stressed and are dealing with alot right now.

Its normal to feel stressed during these days with pressures of our everyday life - leaving little time for mental health

We just keep going with our busy lives and are being ignorant towards our mental health.

The most important way to take care of your mental health is to consider the way you talk to yourself. everyone has a voice inside their head with which they converse and you're talking to yourself nearly all the time. unfortunately that voice can be negative and when that is the case it has a very harmful effect on mental health. when people go to friends for comfort or advice it would be shocking if said friend blamed you for all of your problems, but we somehow accept this for the little voice in our head to do just that. by merely noticing a little voice and changing its word to those of positivity and support you can take a massive step towards improving your mental health.

5 ways to prioritise your mental health

  1. do what makes you happy : spend time doing things that make you happy like cycling, reading, listening to good music, painting etc etc.
  2. spend time with nature: go out for a walk in a garden on park. breathe fresh air and be in green areas.
  3. reach out to friends and family: there are people who care for you and want you to be happy and healthy. share your problems with them and talk to them they can help you.
  4. practise self care : meditate. read. eat healthy. stay healthy and give time to yourself. spend some me time.
  5. see a therapist: you may need professional help and you can see a therapist. thats definitely gonna help you.

A happy and a healthier life starts with a good mental health so prioritise your mental health.

HOPE IT MIGHT HAVE HELPED AND ALWAYS SEEK HELP. YOU ARE NOT ALONE IN THIS. WE ALL GO THROUGH THIS. THE BEST PART IS YOU CAN SEEK HELP AND BE HEALTHY AND YOUR MENTAL HEALTH CAN BE OKAY.
