Dealing with Anxiety

An anxiety disorder is a serious mental health disorder. 


I get many anxiety attacks and I struggle dealing with anxiety. This has changed my life so much. I am not able to focus on tasks. 

Anxiety can cause such distress that it interferes with person's ability to live a normal life.

Anxiety is a normal human emotion. Many people feel anxious, or nervous, when faced with a problem. Anxiety disorders, however, are different.

There are many types of anxiety disorder:

  • Panic disorder
  • PTSD
  • social anxiety disorder
  • generalised anxiety disorder
  • seperation anxiety disorder

Symptoms of anxiety disorder:

  • panic and uneasiness
  • feeling of fear
  • uncontrollable thoughts
  • insomnia / sleeping problems
  • palpitations
  • Nausea
  • shortness of breath
  • muscle tension
  • flashbacks of traumati situations
Sometimes its normal anxiety and anxiety disorder is something different. Anxiety disorder is if you are having since a long time and you have been diagonised with it.

Proper treatment is required for anxiety disorder or it can get worse.

However, you can do something to make yourself feel better:

  • MEDITATION 
  • HEALTHY DIET
  • LISTEN TO GOOD MUSIC
  • SPEND TIME WITH PEOPLE YOU LOVE
  • DONT OVERTHINK
  • SPEND TIME IN NATURE
  • SLEEP WELL
