Dealing with Anxiety
An anxiety disorder is a serious mental health disorder.
I get many anxiety attacks and I struggle dealing with anxiety. This has changed my life so much. I am not able to focus on tasks.
Anxiety can cause such distress that it interferes with person's ability to live a normal life.
Anxiety is a normal human emotion. Many people feel anxious, or nervous, when faced with a problem. Anxiety disorders, however, are different.
There are many types of anxiety disorder:
- Panic disorder
- PTSD
- social anxiety disorder
- generalised anxiety disorder
- seperation anxiety disorder
Symptoms of anxiety disorder:
- panic and uneasiness
- feeling of fear
- uncontrollable thoughts
- insomnia / sleeping problems
- palpitations
- Nausea
- shortness of breath
- muscle tension
- flashbacks of traumati situations
Proper treatment is required for anxiety disorder or it can get worse.
However, you can do something to make yourself feel better:
- MEDITATION
- HEALTHY DIET
- LISTEN TO GOOD MUSIC
- SPEND TIME WITH PEOPLE YOU LOVE
- DONT OVERTHINK
- SPEND TIME IN NATURE
- SLEEP WELL
